Brittany is a social impact trailblazer. Her personal mission is to help eliminate one of the biggest wealth gaps, by supporting women in the creation of generational wealth.

While in college Brittany started her first company which she grew to a staff of 19 people with a large client base in the DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia) area. After many years as a real estate professional concurrently, she saw an opportunity to pivot her 15 years of experience into the formation of a real estate consultancy that has the vision to help individuals buy, sell, and invest in real estate around the world.

Her current focus includes building a team of international residential and commercial real estate professionals, completing a new home development in Houston, Tx, and continuing to support the growth of the Women In Real Estate® organization.

I am Dez Carson, a dedicated Mompreneur! I have spent over a decade immersing myself in the real estate industry, specializing in processing investor packages for top residential and commercial lenders across the nation.

In addition to my work as a commercial broker, I have also had the privilege of consulting with the Small Business Administration and supporting numerous entrepreneurs through the establishment of the Mogul Method. This platform was designed to educate business owners on effective strategies for structuring profitable endeavors. By sharing my knowledge and insights, I have helped hundreds of entrepreneurs achieve their goals and thrive in their respective industries.
