Andrea Branch is a seasoned telecommunications professional hailing from The Bronx, NY. Andrea became interested in real estate as a teenager watching old homes being restored on “This Old House”. She became a junky of HGTV shows when they launched their channel watching anything and everything not just for entertainment but for education (which has helped tremendously). After moving to Atlanta and purchasing her own home, she had a desire to get into real estate but did nothing out of fear and not knowing where to begin. It wasn’t until being laid off in 2018 that propelled her into her real estate journey buying her first buy and hold in 2020. Her goal is to attain financial freedom that will allow her to pursue her passions for STEAM and community development. She also wants to build generational wealth for her daughter and 2 granddaughters.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Andrea is a self-professed "Toys R Us kid" who enjoys a wide range of activities, including playing games like Scrabble, roller-skating, and hiking.
