Brittany Megrath is the founder of M Square Commercial (MSC), a real estate brokerage established in 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada, which has grown from focusing on Nevada retail tenants to operating in over 60 markets across the United States.With transactions totaling more than $50 million in five years, licensed in Nevada, Georgia, and New Mexico, Brittany currently serves as a third-party consultant for a major national developer, and assists retail developers with the site selection process for retail ground up development. She holds a Bachelor's in Business, CCIM and FMVA certifications, is an ICSC member, a Pilates instructor, and is married with two children.
At 13, Cynthia Spirlin set her sights on becoming a lawyer, a journey that took 13 years, culminating in a degree in Communications, Arts & Science from USC and a Juris Doctor from Western State University. A dedicated family member and mentor, she discovered a passion for tax lien investments, which she now shares with others to help them achieve financial success through low-risk, high-ROI opportunities. With over 30 years of real estate experience, including helping families during the 2008 housing crisis and co-founding Real Estate Diva's and the Real Estate InvestHER Network, Cynthia focuses on empowering women to close the wage gap through savvy investing.
