Their paths eventually converged in 2020 when the pandemic shifted networking online. Both found themselves on Clubhouse, the rising social audio app. Kelani, who had been quietly listening and learning, finally spoke up after hearing a young woman receive unsafe and misguided advice from a panel of men. Her words went viral. Brittany, already empowering voices on the platform, immediately recognized a kindred spirit.

What began as conversations in a digital hallway became a mission. With Brittany’s media background and Kelani’s relentless drive, the Women In Real Estate® Club was born. Within a year, it grew to nearly 70,000 members. But growth alone wasn’t the goal. They wanted to create something lasting, something bigger than online courses or quick networking.
