Top Shelf Somatics HTX will lead a guided somatic movement session focused on recovery, stress regulation, and body awareness -- tools that directly serve the demands of a high-performance real estate career. This isn't yoga. This isn't a workout. Somatics is about reconnecting your body and mind so you move through your week -- and your work -- with more clarity, focus, and calm.
