The Agent Accelerator is a newly launched, high-impact training course tailored for real estate agents, regardless of their experience level. Designed to accommodate both in-person and virtual learners, this program aims to equip agents with the tools, knowledge, and strategies necessary to excel in today’s competitive real estate market.

Course Format:

• Four Core Classes: A series of in-depth classes, each focusing on actionable steps and insights that agents can implement to see tangible growth in their careers.

4. Cultivate Repeat and Referral Business: Build a solid foundation for long-term success by focusing on repeat clients and referrals.

Overview: In addition to the Agent Accelerator, Women In Real Estate™ is excited to introduce a Mentorship Opportunity designed to provide personalized support, guidance, and accountability to members. This initiative aims to foster growth, skill development, and networking within the W.I.R.E. community, helping members advance their careers with the help of experienced mentors.

What to Expect from the Mentorship Program:

• One-on-One Mentorship: Members will be paired with seasoned real estate professionals who can offer insights, feedback, and encouragement tailored to their unique goals.
• Accountability and Goal-Setting: Mentors will help mentees set achievable milestones and hold them accountable, ensuring they stay on track and motivated.
• Networking Opportunities: Mentees will gain access to a network of established professionals who can open doors and provide valuable industry connections.
• Skill-Building and Development: Focused on building critical skills, from negotiation and client management to property analysis and marketing, the mentorship program is crafted to address specific areas of growth for each mentee.

Benefits of Participating in the Mentorship Program:

Program Structure:

• Duration: This will be a multi-month program with regular check-ins and support from mentors.
• Learning Sessions: Regular sessions will include discussions on industry trends, skill-building workshops, and Q&A opportunities to address any challenges mentees face.

Participation Cost

We aim to make the Agent Accelerator and Mentorship Opportunity as accessible as possible, while also recognizing and compensating the expertise and resources provided by our mentors and the W.I.R.E. team.

• Mentor Referral Fee: For those participating in the mentorship program, we ask that mentees pay their mentor a 10% referral fee for any closed transactions that occur during the program. This fee serves as an acknowledgment of the mentor’s support, guidance, and the valuable insights they contribute to the mentee’s success.

• If you are also a W.I.R.E. eXp member, additional leads will be provided to you if requested. Any leads procured directly by the W.I.R.E. team will incur a 50% referral fee payable to W.I.R.E. This ensures that we can continue providing quality leads and resources to our members.
• For transactions not sourced by W.I.R.E., the standard 10% referral fee to your mentor still applies, maintaining fair compensation for their mentorship.
