Blazing the Trail for the NEXT Generation
W.I.R.E. Next is Women in Real Estate's initiative to expose the youth to career paths in real estate and entrepreneurship as early as possible to directly impact their socio-economic trajectory, resulting in lessening the wealth gap and diversifying the real estate industry.
W.I.R.E. Next members are high school and undergraduate students that receive subsidized W.I.R.E. membership which includes online courses, live Zoom training, access to the W.I.R.E. portal, and select in-person events. As W.I.R.E. continues to curate and nurture corporate partnerships, they hope to provide internship and volunteer opportunities.

You can now apply to join our cutting-edge program which has the tools and resources to help you learn all about the real estate industry. If you are accepted, not only will you gain access to courses and curriculum, but you may also gain consideration for internships, access to exclusive real estate events, and volunteer opportunities, and gain a mentor in the specific real estate field you are interested in.

- The real estate industry is HUGE and there are so many paths that you can take. In W.I.R.E. Next, you’ll get access to the same masterclasses as our seasoned professionals so that you can be exposed to as many different career paths as possible.
- It’s not a cliche when you hear “your network is your net worth”. Establishing a healthy network of mentors and colleagues will only support your employment or entrepreneurial goals.
- You’ll shorten your education learning curve by having a support system that can direct you, answer your questions, and leverage their contacts to provide you with opportunities.
Eligibility Requirements: Please do not enroll until you have your paperwork ready.
- You must be an active High School or Undergraduate student.
- You must be able to provide copy of current student ID and unofficial transcript.
- You must provide a signed recommendation letter from a credible source on company letterhead.
If accepted, you will be emailed onboarding instructions to your W.I.R.E. membership portal.
Please note that although this program is free to students, it is intended for serious students. The membership tuition is paid by sponsors and contributors, and is valued at over $2000 annually. If you are not regularly participating, your membership will be awarded to another student.
